Completing a Return To Address for a Mortgage or Deed of Trust for XDDS® Documents

The process for completing a Return To address for Legacy or XDDS documents is required for mortgages and deeds of trust.

1. Navigate to OnBoard Loans.
2. Select Administration > Vendor Tools > OPSA.
3. Navigate to Lending Policy Setup.
4. Highlight the appropriate policy and select Edit.
5. Select the Alternate Documents Returned To section and make the required changes.
6. Select the Alternate Documents Returned To section and make the required changes.
7. Select Save and Exit.
8. Select Repost All to repost all updated policies.
9. Select Exit.
10. Navigate to Loans > Loans in Process.
11. Search for and select the account.
12. Navigate to the Doc Manager screen.
13. Select Create to print the documents.
