Adding a Notice of Action

Complete the following steps to create a Notice of Action document for an existing loan.

  1. Select the Notice of Action node on the Loans menu.
    Note When the customer is a business, change the Party Type under the Customer section to Entity.
    The Notice of Action screen appears.
  2. Select the Add New tab.
  3. Enter information into all required fields.
    For Existing Customers
    Select the Spyglass to search for the customer. When the desired customer is located, select the Spyglass adjacent to the customer's name to select the customer. Review the customer information and select Accept to populate the Add New tab with the customer's information.
    For New Customers
    For non-existing customers, manually enter information into the required fields.
  4. Select Save.
    Note When the Show HMDA Tab field is selected in Administration > Institution Settings > Loans, the HMDA tab is available for entering and exporting the information to the core system.
  5. Select Print.
