Loans

The Loans menu provides options for users in preparing documentation and conducting other functions specifically pertaining to the creation and review of loan types.

The Loans menu contains the Interfaces, Loans in Process, Notice of Action, ARM/HE Disclosures, and Quick Quote nodes.

Interfaces
The Interfaces node provides a list of current bank-installed interfaces. The Add New tab is used for establishing a new interface record.
Loans In Process
The Loans In Process node in OnBoard Loans allows you to generate early and closing documentation. It also allows you to enter core fields for export to the core system.
Notice of Action
The Notice of Action node allows you to enter information without assigning an account number or creating a CIF record. Sections within the node include: Customer, Credit Decision Basis, Institution Settings, Decision, and Denial Reasons.
Commercial Letter of Credit
The following section contains information on the functions and features available to users on the Commercial Letter of Credit node.
ARM/HE Disclosures
The ARM/HE Disclosures node provides for quick preparation of an early ARM (Adjustable Rate Mortgage) or early Home Equity Line of Credit disclosure. The early disclosures must be established as part of OPSA (Organization Policy Setup Application) under Administration.
Quick Quote
The Quick Quote node provides for quoting a payment without accessing Loans In Process.
