Loans In Process

The Loans In Process node in OnBoard Loans allows you to generate early and closing documentation. It also allows you to enter core fields for export to the core system.

The Loans in Process menu contains the following nodes:

Parties to the Loan
Characteristics
Collateral
Interfaces
Terms
Escrow
Recall
Supplemental
Core Information
Optional Records
Doc Manager
UCD Export
Print Checks
Export

The menu nodes are initially unavailable. User security settings determine which nodes appear.

To begin a transaction, at least one individual or entity must be completed in Parties To The Loan, which opens Characteristics. Other nodes are available once information is entered and saved in Characteristics.

Note An Account Summary appears on all screens associated with the options displayed under Loans in Process.

There are four tabs on the main screen:

Existing - Displays current transactions in process.
Add New - Begins the transaction creation process.
Recall - Recalls an existing loan from the core system for renewal or refinance purposes.
Import - Imports loan XML files from LoanVantage.

As information is entered for a loan, progress icons display in the navigation tree. A green icon denotes all required information is complete. A yellow icon denotes that more information is needed. A red icon denotes that the information required to perform document generation is not complete.
