The Characteristics node provides for entering transaction details such as the Product Type, Organization Policy, and Account Number.
When the Document Type is Application, the Characteristics node is not complete until the Application tab is complete.
The Credit Reporting Agency tab is available when the Risk Based Pricing or Exception Notice is Required option is selected. This option is selected when the lending policy has Risk Base Method selected in OPSA.
