Optional Records

The Optional Records node contains tabs and fields that are ancillary features but not required for a transaction. The fields are for export purposes to the core system loan type.

The types of optional records that can appear include: AFT, Line of Credit, Escrow, FASB, Credit Bureau, ACH, and CD Holds.

Tip Completion of the fields within the AFT tab of the Optional Records node provide the information for the AFT document as well as exports to the core system. When a transaction requires an AFT record, the AFT fields must be completed prior to generating the documents in Doc Manager.
