The Terms node
provides for tailoring a transaction to the needs of a customer. It also provides you with the
capability to enter specific information regarding payment and fee amounts.
The
Terms
node consists of the following tabs:
- Calculations
- Insurance
- Fees
- Alternate Payments
- ARM/Variable
- HOEPA/QM
- Disbursements
The
Construction to Perm tab is available when the
Construction Type
field is set to
Construction to
Perm in the
Characteristics node.
Note The Insurance tab appears as Ins/PMI
for a transaction where PMI is applicable based on the product type selection.
