UCD Export

This node only appears for KBYO loans in closing when users have access to the LoansLoansInProcessUCD role.

If this node is available based on the role and document type but appears dimmed, the following hover-help appears on the node label: Complete fields available on Uniform Closing Dataset tab within the Real Estate node to be able to submit the data to GSEs.

The following sections appear in this node:

• Account Summary: This section displays the account-related data as it appears on other nodes.

• UCD Export: This section contains Freddie and Fannie options. User can only select one of these options at any time.

  Selecting Freddie allows users to select the Export button. Selecting Export creates and exports the data to Freddie Mac's Loan Closing Adviser. A progress bar appears and displays the status of the submission.

  If record submission is successful, a green check icon appears in the Status column. If record submission failed, a red exclamation icon appears in the Status column.

  Selecting the Fannie option allows users to select the Create button. The system does not export the data to Fannie Mae® currently.

  Once the Export or Create function is complete, a record appears on the table, with the following columns:

  • Submitted to/Created for
  • Submitted/Created Date
  • Batch ID
  • Status
  • Validation
  • Transaction File
  • Document Viewer

  Information in this table appears based on the information returned by GSE and PS.

• Submitted To/Created For: This column contains the name of the GSE used to identify the record.
• Submitted/Created Date: This column contains the date when the file was submitted to Freddie Mac® or was created for Fannie Mae®. All records in this table are sorted by the most recent date.
• Batch ID: This column contains information returned by GSE. For Freddie Mac®, the data is returned based on export. For Fannie Mae®, N/A appears until integration for this vendor is complete.

• Status: This column contains the status of the submission. For Freddie Mac®, the data returned based on export. For Fannie Mae®, N/A appears until integration for this vendor is complete.

  Validation: Users can view the Loan Evaluation Summary from Loan Closing Advisor™. For Fannie Mae®, N/A appears until integration for this vendor is complete.

  Transaction File: Users can view the UCD file created for that record.

  Document View: Users can view the Closing Disclosure from the Doc Manager node.

An Account History Record is created when records are created or exported.
