Recall Feature

The Recall feature is used to pull an account that is already on the core system into the OnBoard system to generate new or additional forms and information.

You can use the Recall feature to import current loan information from the core system, such as the Current Principal Balance. In OnBoard, these imported transactions do not allow you to re-export to the core system. However, there are certain situations where export may be possible, such as when a new account number is issued.

Tip Maintenance must be completed through the core system when re-exporting is not possible.

This feature can be used to prepare the following types of loan documents:

CAUTION
Once a transaction is prepared using OnBoard, the transaction is archived in the system for Recall purposes. In this case, less information is required when the transaction is recalled. For example, the Collateral node is automatically completed based on the original transaction information.
