Getting Started

Complete the following steps to use the Recall feature for the first time.

  1. Navigate to the Loans > Loans In Process > Recall tab.
  2. Search for the customer or account using the following fields:
    • Short Name
    • Tax ID
    • Account Number
      Note When you search by account number, also enter the Account Type.
    • Telephone Number
    • CIF Number
  3. Select the Spyglass next to the desired customer.
    A list of accounts appears.
  4. Select the Spyglass next to the account to import into OnBoard.
  5. Complete the Branch, OnBoard Product Type, and Type of Documents Needed fields.
    Branch
    Existing active branches are available for selection, and the selection defaults to the Branch field in the Characteristics node.
    OnBoard Product Type
    This is the OnBoard Product Type that you must use for the correct defaults.
    Type of Documents Needed
    Determines if Application or Closing documents are needed.
  6. Select Recall to import the current information from the Core system.
    The current information includes relationships, addresses, Current Principal Balance, and the Current Interest Rate.
    Note A message appears if the recalled account already exists in OnBoard. Select Confirm to import the most current information.
