Changing a Work Queue

Complete the following steps to changes an existing Work Queue on the Loans in Process node.

  1. Select the Loans In Process node from Loans.
    The Loans In Process screen appears.

  2. Select the Edit icon associated with a customer account.
    The Parties To The Loan screen appears.
  3. Select a node.
    Note The Work Queue drop-down menu does not appear in all nodes.
  4. Select the Work Queue drop-down menu. It is located at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Select the appropriate queue.
    An email notification is sent to users assigned to the specific queue.
