Complete the following steps to create a Commercial Letter of Credit
document.

Navigate to OnBoard Loans.

Select the
Add New tab.

Complete the General Information, Terms,
Reimbursement, and Expiration Date
sections.

Select Save.
The Applicant and Beneficiary
(Payee) nodes are available for selection.

Select the Applicant node.

Follow the steps below to complete the Applicant node.

field.
- Complete the remaining fields.
- Select Save.
- Select the Signers tab.
- Complete the Signer Detail section.
- Select Save.

Note You can select the
Spyglass on the
Name fields to select an
existing customer. For existing customers with a foreign address in core, a
CIF Foreign Address Conversion screen appears to convert the
address to city, state, and postal code for documentation purposes.
The applicant is added to the Existing tab.

Select the Beneficiary (Payee) node.

Complete the General Information and Beneficiary (Payee)
Information sections, then select Save.
The beneficiary (payee) is added to the Existing
tab.

Select the Doc Manager node.
Note The Doc Manager node is not available until the
Applicant and Beneficiary (Payee) nodes
are complete.
The documents are automatically generated.

Perform maintenance to documents as needed.
From the Doc Manger node, you can add additional internal
documents through the Internal Docs tab, and you can zip or print
documents. When you perform maintenance on the Characteristics,
Applicant, or Beneficiary (Payee) nodes,
the documents are automatically regenerated when you select the Doc
Manager node.
