The Documents node allows you to select the internal or vendor document that is required for a specific loan product.
The documents added on the Internal Docs tab in are available for selection on this node.
Administrators can tie certain vendor documents to a product type. This feature prevents users from needing to select the document in Doc Manager manually. The process works the same way as internal documents.
Any vendor document that has the Add Form Vendor Doc check box selected appears on the Forms Vendor Docs tab. Any form that is selected for the product type is automatically selected in Doc Manager when the Create option is used. This process is similar to the way that internal documents are automatically selected for the product type.
