Documents

The Documents node allows you to select the internal or vendor document that is required for a specific loan product.

Internal Docs

The documents added on the Internal Docs tab in System Setup > Documents are available for selection on this node.

Forms Vendor Doc

Administrators can tie certain vendor documents to a product type. This feature prevents users from needing to select the document in Doc Manager manually. The process works the same way as internal documents.

Any vendor document that has the Add Form Vendor Doc check box selected appears on the Forms Vendor Docs tab. Any form that is selected for the product type is automatically selected in Doc Manager when the Create option is used. This process is similar to the way that internal documents are automatically selected for the product type.

Forms Vendor Docs (Expere®)

Administrators can tie Expere® vendor documents to applicable product types. This feature prevents users from needing to select the document in Doc Manager manually. The process works the same way as internal documents.

The following documents automatically appear on the Forms Vendor Docs (Expere®) tab:

  • Personal Financial Statement
  • Resolution of Address Discrepancies
  • Agent Certification of Continuing Power of Attorney
  • American National CRL-8301-MN
  • Appraisal Report Delivery Waiver
  • Authorization for Release of Financial Information
  • Collateral Protection Insurance Notice Subsequent
  • Collateral Receipt
  • Extension of Credit Secured by Margin Stock Bank
  • Extension of Credit Secured by Margin Stock Bank Exhibit
  • Lien Subordination Agreement Personal Property
  • List of Buyers
  • Notice Buyer of Farm Products
  • Power of Attorney Title Goods
  • Standard Flood Hazard Determination Revised
