Complete the following steps to print an ARM/HE Disclosure
document.

Select ARM/HE Disclosures from
Loans.
The ARM/HE Disclosures screen appears.

Select the correct Organization
Policy from the drop-down menu.

Select ARM or
HE plan type.

Select the appropriate plan from the
Plans drop-down menu.
Note The optional Number of Signature Lines
and Customers
fields provide for entering information for printing purposes.
The options that appear are based on previous
selections.

Select one of the options from Select forms to
preview and print.

Select the
button to review and print the
form.
