Setting Escrow Fees Parameters

Complete the following steps to establish escrow fee parameters.

1. Select Setup > System Setup > Fees.
   The system defaults to the Fees tab.
   

   

   
   
2. Select the Escrow Fees tab.
   A range of escrow fees appears.
   

   

   
   
3. Select the Edit icon for the associated escrow fees parameter (Description).
   A Fees screen displays the escrow fee Description, Product, Hud#, and Escrow/Insurance Type.
   

   

   
   
4. Select the Escrow/Insurance Type from the drop-down menu.
   Note The insurance types are values set up in the core system.
5. Select Save.
