Fields
The Fields node contains the main fields which are accessed through tabs established at the top of the screen.
Insurance
Selecting the Insurance node displays the Insurance, Carleton Parms, and PMI tabs.
Fees
When the Fees option is selected, the Fees - TERMS, Open End Fees, Escrow Fees, and Post Origination tabs appear.
Interfaces
The Interfaces option is used to house the parameters for third-party interfaces used by the bank.
Quick Launch
The Quick Launch option on the toolbar allows quick access to websites or network shared files that are established by your bank.
Quick Notes
The Quick Notes option allows you to copy and paste information into documents, or Quick Notes and can be used to reference information related to certain loans or guidelines on how to use certain nodes in OnBoard, which are specific to the institution.
Documents
The Documents node consists of the Internal Docs, Forms Vendor Docs, Forms Vendor Docs (Expere), Upload Logo, Uploading Imaging Cabinet/Types, jhaID Scan, and Quick Doc Folders tabs.
Vendors
The Vendors node is used to establish commonly used third-party individuals or entities, such as appraisers, trustees, and notaries. By establishing these commonly used vendors, they are accessible through the Loans In Process node as a shortcut.
APOR/Index
The APOR/Index node displays both Average Prime Offer Rates (APOR). It also displays the most current index rates for variable rate loans. Users may select either the APOR tab or Index tab at the top of the page to locate a specific rate.
Work Queues
The Work Queues node allows users to establish queues within the OnBoard system.
Cross Reference
The Cross Reference node consists of the Relationships, Collateral, Master Rates, Officer Codes, Class Codes, Transaction Codes, Late Charge Codes, Prepayment Penalty Codes, Branches, and Imaging tabs.
Additional Policy
The Additional Policy node houses the lending policies for assigning specific loan acts that initiate related compliance information.
