The Documents node consists of the Internal Docs, Forms Vendor Docs,
Forms Vendor Docs (Expere), Upload
Logo, Uploading Imaging Cabinet/Types, jhaID Scan, and Quick Doc Folders
tabs.
Refer to the Expere Forms Document Settings to open a document with
information about settings for Expere® forms.
- Internal Docs
- The Internal Docs tab allows users to add
internal or custom PDF documents to the OnBoard system. This tab is the default when the
Documents screen appears.
- Forms Vendor Docs
- The Forms Vendor Docs tab provides a list
of all WKFS (Wolters Kluwer Financial Services) documents contained in the OnBoard system.
Even though changes are allowed, WKFS establishes the default document settings for
optimal printing. Logos, Watermarks, and Imaging fields can be added without affecting the overall WKFS document
settings.
CAUTION
It is necessary, with a WKFS
release, to select the Update
Documents button to update, add, and/or remove Forms Vendor documents.
There are three types of forms.

Dynamic
- A dynamic form provides for the creation of documents which expand and contract based on
loan criteria.

Static
- These documents are in a set format and do not expand or contract. Static forms can be
printed from this tab. An organization must be selected when selecting the
Print icon.

Non-Printable - These documents are suggested with a complete loan packet.
However, they are not currently provided by WKFS. For example, an appraisal is listed in the
document transaction but no form is provided. The non-printable documents can be excluded
from the transaction list.
- Upload Logo
- The Upload Logo tab allows users to upload
one custom logo into the OnBoard system. Files must be in .jpg format. The logo size
cannot have a height greater than approximately 1.5 inches. Once a logo is added to the
system, it can be added to dynamic forms under the Forms Vendor
Docs tab.
- Upload Imaging Cabinet/Types
- The Upload Imaging Cabinet/Types taballows
users to upload images for later use.
- jhaID Scan
- The jhaID Scan tab allows users to
customize ID scan settings by selecting an image cabinet, document name, and the ability
to upload to Synergy. This tab also allows users to add a new scanner or select from a
list of existing scanners.
- Quick Docs Folders
- The Quick Docs Folders tab allows users to
access Quick Doc files.
