The Work Queues node allows users to establish queues within the OnBoard system.
There are seven fixed queues (static) that appear at the top of the list. These queues are followed by bank-defined queues.
Once queues are established and users are added to an active queue, changing a loan transaction from one queue to another queue generates an automatic email notification to the individuals assigned to the specific queue. Individuals can be assigned to multiple queues.
Selection of the
Edit icon, next to a
specific queue, changes which users are notified of changes or updates to that queue.
