Adding Nested Entity Signers

Complete the following steps to add an individual signer to an existing signer for either an individual or business account.

  1. Add an entity party to the account in Loans In Process > Parties to the Loan.
  2. Complete all required fields for the entity on the Customer tab and click Save.
    The following warning message appears: Customer data will now be saved, but at least 1 signer must be added on the Signer Tab to continue to Characteristics.
  3. Click the Signers tab.
    The Add New tab opens.

  4. Complete the required fields on the Add New tab.
  5. Click Save.
    The Add New tab remains open to add additional signers.
  6. Add additional signers, as needed.
  7. When all signers are entered, click Cancel to return to the list of existing signers.
  8. Click Add Child Signer to add the nested entity signers.
  9. Complete the signer's information and click Save.
  10. Repeat the process for each signer and nested entity.
  11. Click Cancel to return to the Existing tab.
    Note The Assign Authority for Signer option is available after you return to the Existing tab, and is only available on the entity signer's row for the main signer level and first entity signer. Authority selected on the Assign Authority for Signer screen prints on the Authorization Form.
