Deleting a User

Complete the following steps to delete an existing user from the User Management node.

  1. Select Administration > Security > User Management.
    The User Management screen appears.

  2. Select the Delete icon next to the user to be deleted.
    Note The Delete icon appears when the user is not tied to the Groups in Association – Users to Group node and is removed from all Work Queues. The user profile must be set for deleting a user.
  3. Select Save to confirm the deletion.
    Select Cancel to return to the User Management screen.
