The User Management node allows you to establish users and user fields.
The Existing tab, in the User Management screen, includes the User ID, User Name, Creation Date, Active, Last Login Date, Locked, and Groups columns.

Filter icon. A drop-down menu displays a range of
options.
Edit icon to edit
information for the selected user. Select Save or Cancel to return to the
User Management screen.
Copy icon to open
the Copy tab and copy the selected user's information.
All fields except User
ID, User
Name, and Password default with the values from the copied user. You can modify the
fields that were defaulted from the copied user.
Delete icon next
to a selected user to delete the user from the system.
Delete icon
appears when a user is not tied to Associations - Users to
Groups within the Users to Group node and
is removed from the Work
Queues node within System Setup.
