User Management

The User Management node allows you to establish users and user fields.

The Existing tab, in the User Management screen, includes the User ID, User Name, Creation Date, Active, Last Login Date, Locked, and Groups columns.


User Management screen
Search, Sorting or Filtering Information
Search, sorting, or filtering of information is performed through the selection of the Filter icon. A drop-down menu displays a range of options.
Editing User Information
Select the Edit icon to edit information for the selected user. Select Save or Cancel to return to the User Management screen.
Copying Users
Select the Copy icon to open the Copy tab and copy the selected user's information. All fields except User ID, User Name, and Password default with the values from the copied user. You can modify the fields that were defaulted from the copied user.
Deleting Users
Select the Delete icon next to a selected user to delete the user from the system.
Note The Delete icon appears when a user is not tied to Associations - Users to Groups within the Users to Group node and is removed from the Work Queues node within System Setup.
