Roles - Administration

The following definitions are for the predetermined Administration roles that must be assigned to groups to designate the amount of access a group has to the system.

Administration
Enables the Administration menu.
AdministrationEOD
Enables the EOD node under the Administration menu. Currently not functional.
AdministrationInstitutionSettings
Enables the Bank Information node under the Administration menu. The Institution Settings node contains the General, Loans, and jXchange tabs.
AdministrationPurge
Enables the EOD node under the Administration menu. Currently not functional.
AdministrationSecurity
Enables the Security node under the Administration menu. User, Role, and Group Management options, along with Roles to Groups and Users to Groups options, are established under the Security node.
AdministrationSecurityAssociations
Enables the Associations node under the Administration > Security node. Roles to Groups and Users to Groups are established within the Associations node.
AdministrationSecurityAssociationsGroupsToUsers
Enables the Users to Groups option under the Administration > Associations > Security node. Users to Groups allows you to assign a user to a group. A user can only be assigned to one group.
AdministrationSecurityAssociationsRolesToGroups
Enables the Roles to Groups option under the Administration > Associations > Security node. Roles to Groups allows you to assign a user to a group.
AdministrationSecurityGroupManagement
Enables the Group Management node under the Administration > Security node. Group Management allows users to establish groups.
AdministrationSecurityRoleManagement
Enables the Role Management node under the Administration > Security node. Role Management provides a list of all available roles in OnBoard.
AdministrationSecurityUserManagement
Enables the User Management node under the Administration > Security node. User Management allows you to establish OnBoard users.
AdministrationVendorTools
Enables the Vendor Tools menu.
AdministrationVendorToolsDefaultData
Enables the Default Data node under the Administration > Vendor Tools node.
AdministrationVendorToolsOPSA
Enables the OPSA (Organization Policy Setup Application) node under the Administration > Vendor Tools menu. The organization, lending, and ARM/HE policies are established within the OPSA node.

Enables the STS Administration node under the Administration > Vendor Tools node.
Automation Testing
Enables Automation Testing menu.
