Role Management

The Role Management screen allows users to determine role assignements for both individual users and groups.

Predetermined roles must be assigned to groups in order to set the amount of access a group has to the system. A role is unassigned from a group when it is no longer to be associated with the group.

Note Only OnBoard development can maintain or delete roles.
Note A new group is established within the Group Management option for assignment of a role. Specific system users can then be assigned to the newly established group.
Search, Sorting or Filtering Information
Search, sorting, or filtering of information is performed through the selection of the Filter icon. A drop-down menu displays a range of options.
