The following definitions are for the predetermined Loans roles that must
be assigned to groups to designate the amount of access a group has to the system.

- Enables the Loans toolbar menu. This option provides access to loans for loan account
entries and loan account maintenance.
- LoansAllowProductChange
- Enables the Allow Product Change node under the
Loans menu. The Allow Product Change node
provides for
- LoansARMHEDisclosures
- Enables the ARM/HE
Disclosures node under the Loans menu. The ARM/HE Disclosures node
provides for printing early disclosures.
- LoansCommercialLetterofCredit
- Enables the Commercial Letter of Credit
node under the Loans menu. This node provides users the
option to add a letter of credit to an existing account or modify an existing letter of
credit.
- LoansCommercialLetterofCreditApplicant
- Enables the Applicant node under the
Commercial Letter of Credit menu. This node provides
information about the applicant and allows users to add a new applicant or edit an
existing applicant's information.
- LoansCommercialLetterofCreditBeneficiaryPayee
- Enables the Beneficiary (Payee) node under
the Commercial Letter of Credit menu. This node allows
users to add a beneficiary to an existing account or modify the information of an existing
beneficiary.
- LoansCommercialLetterofCreditCharacteristics
- Enables the Characteristics node under
the Commercial Letter of Credit menu. This node allows
users to enter General Information, Terms, Reimbursement, and
Expiration Date information.
- LoansCommercialLetterofCreditDocManager
- Enables the Doc Manager node under the
Commercial Letter of Credit menu. This node allows
users to review their information and view or print documents.
- LoansInterfaces
- Enables the Interfaces node under the Loans menu. The Interfaces node provides for accessing credit reports.
- LoansLoansInProcess
- Enables the Loans In
Process node under the Loans menu. The Loans In
Process node provides the capability to create loan applications, accounts,
renewals, and modifications.
- LoansLoansInProcessCharacteristics
- Enables the Characteristics node under the Loans menu. The Characteristics node provides for
establishing the characteristics of a loan application/account.
- LoansLoansInProcessCollateral
- Enables the Collateral node under the Loans menu. The Collateral node provides for establishing the collateral for the loan
application/account.
- LoansLoansInProcessCopy
- Enables the Copy option on the Loans in Process
table. If this role is not assigned, the user cannot access the Copy option.
- LoansLoansInProcessCoreInformation
- Enables the Core
Information node under the Loans menu. The Core
Information node provides for entering the codes which apply to the loadable
core system fields for the transaction.
- LoansLoansInProcessDelete
- Enables the Delete option on the Loans in Process
table. If this role is not assigned, the user cannot access the Delete option.

- Enables the Doc
Manager node under the Loans menu. The Doc
Manager node provides for generating documents relating to the
transaction.

- Enables the capability to view, create, or edit transactions created
with the document phase as Application.

during transaction entry.

Records node under the Loans menu. The Optional
Records node provides for entering the codes for the optional record
uploadable fields for the transaction.

- Enables the Add Fees button on the Terms node under the Loans
menu. The Add Fees button allows users to add specific fees to
loans.

- Enables the Edit Fee Description button on the
Terms node under the Loans menu. This button allows users to add a description of the fee after
selecting Add Fees.

- Enables the Notice of
Action node under the Loans menu. The Notice of
Action node provides for creating credit denials for a transaction.

- Enables the Quick
