The following definitions are for the predetermined Toolbar roles that must be assigned
to groups to designate the amount of access a group has to the system.
- ToolBarErrorManagement
- Enables access to Error Management on the toolbar and provides a central location for error
messages to appear. This section is used by technicians for examining an issue and how to
resolve the issue.
- ToolBarInquiry
- Enables the capability to inquire in core for
additional account information when establishing automatic funds
transfers or additional CIF information in the customer account.
- ToolBarQuickDocs
- Enables the ability to use the Quick Docs that were established
through System Setup within the Setup
menu.
- ToolBarQuickLaunch
- Enables the ability to use the Quick Launches that were
established through System
Setup within the Setup menu.
- ToolBarQuickNotes
- Enables the ability to use the Quick Notes that were
established through System
Setup within the Setup menu.
- ToolBarRefresh
- Enables the ability to refresh specific parameters in OnBoard Loans.
- ToolBarReports
- Enables the ability to review system reports.
