This section explains the functions and features on the Fees tab.
This option is available for modification on the Fee Edit tab if the Allow Change to Military APR Fee for Application Fees option is selected on the node. If the Allow Change to Military APR Fee for Application Fees option is not selected, the field is unavailable and cannot be changed from the default level. A record is added to Account History to reflect any changes to the Military APR Fee check box on the edit screen of the Application Fee and any User Defined Fee.
