Additional Information for TILA-RESPA Transactions

The following topics provide information on the tabs that may appear in the Real Estate node for TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosures transactions.

General Tab
The following section provides information on the functions and features available to users on the General tab.
Cash to Close and Summary Tab
Est. Taxes, Insurance, and Assessment Fees Tab
The Est. Taxes, Insurance, and Assessment Fees tab appears for all consumer closed-end real estate loans with an application date of 10/3/2015 or later. It is available for both application and closing phases.
Required Service Provider Tab
There are two tables on the Required Service Provider tab: Fees Can Shop For and Fees Cannot Shop For.
Contact Information Tab
The Contact Information tab appears when the application date for a loan is 10/3/2015 or after. The Contact Information tab contains several additional tabs to collect the contact information for various parties involved in the transaction.
